For some women, they want to be wearing their panties, but give the viewer the illusion of nudity, and cover both top and bottom with the sheet. Some are okay with being topless, but want to cover their bottom, some are okay with full nudity and we just playfully use the sheet to tease the viewer. It can be as risque or as modest as you like.
