What was your biggest concern before hiring me? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

As I advanced through my 20s and especially since I started pole dancing, I gained about 40 lbs in mostly muscle mass. But while this weight is mostly muscle, I feel very self-conscious in photos because I feel I look just fat rather than muscular. Admitting this feeling to others makes me nervous because I worry they will think I'm narcissistic or, worse, fatphobic, when it's really just a judgment I pass on myself because I'm still not used to my new body. I was worried that Kristin may respond to my admission with empty reassurances about my weight, which is the custom in our society (to prioritize thinness over health). She instead took my fears seriously and suggested poses that helped me appreciate my body, leaving the question of weight completely off the table. Just like her website says, a woman's ability to embrace beauty and power is not lessened by her age, shape, size, or stage of life. By not focusing on those traits in the session, it helped me feel comfortable for who I am and not worry so much about my weight.

What, specifically, was your favorite part of your boudoir experience, and why?

Talking with Kristin was honestly my favorite part of the session. She is such a warm presence that put me immediately at ease, which helped keep my focus off my body and instead on just having fun, so I did not have time to worry or feel self conscious about how I looked.

If you were to recommend me to your best friend, what would you say?

I would say that Kristin 100% lives up to her goal to make you feel empowered during your session. Her welcoming personality will put you immediately at ease and make the focus of the session about "fun" rather than how you look. And because your focus is on enjoying the experience, the resulting pictures are infinitely better than if the outcome was your sole focus.
