Amanda's boudoir experience | Columbus Boudoir Photographer

When I first chatted with Amanda, I knew she was going to be ahhhmazing to work with, but when she stepped into my Columbus Boudoir Photography studio...it was a whole notha story. She is feisty, and sexy, and expressive and her eyes... omg. They pierced my soul. You know they say be fearless in pursuit of what sets your soul on fire..well I would work with women like Amanda every single day. She's a mom, and a wife and she works full time so she doesn't take much time to herself and she definitely deserves to! It was great to be able to provide a few hours of pampering and compliments to such a deserving woman, not to mention send her home with some sexy souvenirs to remind her what a badass she is!

Her look: My inspiration for this session was meant to be low key, basically to focus on the beauty in front of the camera and not on the lacy, fishnet, strappy items that society has deemed sexy. So we started off in a black bra, black panties {both very basic} and a white tee. Simple, but very fun to play with! We then moved into a black tank without a bra and the same black panties. The goal here was to show a little more boob and nipple. It was super fun to have her tug at the tank and slide off the shoulder playfully. The final look was a pink lace halter body suit which I didn't love when she brought it in but when she put it on...VA VA VOOM! I loved it and I felt like after the simplistic first two looks, this outfit lit her on fire. As for her hair and makeup, Hanna chose a large loose curl, a brown smokey eye {with lashes of course} and a burgandy lip. It all really looked amazing on her!
