I recently decided to team up with a local hair and makeup artist {La Prima Beauty} and work with three ladies and each of them got a different style boudoir session. This is Renata, a Brazilian beauty and we decided the best session for her was very sensual and sexy. We took a very 50 shades type of approach, with a mask, and a crop. In fact, I ran into Adam & Eve just 30 minutes before the session and said "I need a crop!" and the sales girls must've thought I was pretty kinky.

So my favorite part of this session was the experimentation with candles. I had not shot in the dark before, so I was totally unsure how it would work out, but my oh my did it work for me. It was exactly what I was going for with the sensuality.

Her look: We kept her hair sleek, just added a little volume and oomph in the bangs, her makeup however was where its at. A plummy eye with a touch of shimmer and all my girls get falsies to make those eyes pop. Her lips were my favorite part, an ombre wine look, which really paired well with her black and purple lingerie {from La Senza}.

Natalie and I have one session left together! I can't wait to see how it goes.
